Due to the number of floors and levels close to the canal, this development was a mixture of traditional and timber frame build. Sunnybank carried out the full internal ceilings and partitions, dry lining and plastering finish to the 110-bed extra care facility which comprised of 79 apartments and 31 ICU units.
