The scheme consisted of 2 blocks. The first block a 3-storey steel frame building providing a state-of-the-art Library, Medical Centre with 4nr luxury apartments on the top floor. The second block was a traditional build and offers 29 1 & 2 bed apartments over 3 floors. Sunnybank carried out all aspect’s internal partitions and ceilings, dry lining and skim finish.
