This job was the first extra care accommodation our clients had completed and as they knew we have successfully carried out numerous extra care schemes they were keen to use us from the start.

The Eller Beck Court scheme was split over 4 floors and consisted of apartments, residential areas, guest accommodation along with support accommodation. There were issues drying the building out due to the time of year we were on-site. However, despite this, we managed to turn the project around and pull back a significant amount of lost time, finishing the job on time to budget.
